Our service provides total warranty management to include, call handling, onsite and service logistics as well as an associated refurbishment program providing a least cost solution from a service provider with a vast experience in this field.

Equinox has provided services of this nature for a number of years and performs 100?s of onsite events per month, as such we consider ourselves to be the service partner of choice.

A large proportion of our clients require support for education establishments, as a result piece of mind is secured in the knowledge every Equinox engineer is CBR checked and is directly employed.
