Equinox provides out of warranty repairs services both onsite and RTB - focusing on Apple, Epson and Xerox products. ONSITE REPAIRS A fully trained service engineer will attend your site to repair your faulty hardware. Responses are typically Next-Business-Day and charges are structured as follows: -
Callout Fee inclusive of the 1st hour Onsite This is charged upfront and is inclusive of all travel expenses + Additional hours charged at a defined rate + Parts Charges
WORKSHOP REPAIRS This service is aimed at both the Business and Home user and provides collection, repair and delivery of your product from and to your door.
We aim to turnaround all repairs within 5-6 working days and charges are structured as follows: -
Collection and Quotation Fee This is charged upfront and is inclusive of all charges relating to the collection and assessment of your faulty product. If you decide not to proceed with the repair following the quotation - the fee also cover the cost of either returning the product to you un-repaired or an environmentally friendly disposal of the faulty item. + Repair Quotation Following workshop assessment ? we will provide you with a quotation for the repair of your unit ? this will include all labour & parts charges to return the unit back to a fully working condition. CHARGES Charges for prices of repair will vary dependant on the type of Service, Product and the fault being displayed by the unit.
