This information may be supplied to a 3rd party ONLY for the purpose of helping complete this service/order, for example, to have parts shipped direct to your address. We DO NOT sell, rent or trade your personal details with any third party. When your orders are processed, before you enter any credit card details, you are transferred to a secure payment site. Any credit card details are stored and processed on this secure site.  Equinox DO NOT store any credit card details other than an Authorisation Code returned from a successful payment.

Please read these terms and conditions governing the use of our website. Using our web site indicates that you accept our terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you DO NOT accept these terms and conditions please close your web browser.

This website is operated by Equinox Group Ltd and may be referred to as We, Us, Our or the company.

Pricing

All prices are in UK Sterling

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right, verbally or in writing, to change any price stated on this website or elsewhere at any time without giving advance notice.

Delivery costs are stated on the website but we reserve the right to increase this cost to reflect any direct or indirect costs past onto the company.

Delivery

Any goods shipped to you by our insured courier must be examined as soon as possible. If any goods are damaged or missing you must inform the courier immediately and inform Us within 24 hours. Any packaging must be kept for inspection at a later date.

You will be asked to sign for the goods to confirm there receipt and that they are in good condition. If you are unable to check the packaging and contents at that time you must sign for the parcel as 'Contents Unchecked'. failure to do so may affect any claims made thereafter.

We reserve the right to withhold the return of your goods until all monies have been received.

We may, from time to time, deliver your goods in instalments. You will not be charged for additional delivery costs if we choose to do this. You are not entitled to cancel the delivery of the remainder of the goods. You will be liable for any costs incurred by Us if you choose to do this.

We will contact you before the goods are shipped to arrange a suitable delivery date. If you fail to take delivery we may charge you for additional delivery costs and a reasonable fee to cover storage and insurance on your goods.

Refunds

If any goods have been delivered to you faulty and you wish to claim a refund then you must contact us within 7 days of the invoice date. If you fail to inform us within this period then goods will subject to repair or replacement as per the applicable manufacturers warranty.

Warranty

Any repair made to your equipment will be repaired at no extra cost should they fail with the same part failure within 60 days. This excludes any limited life components which have a 30 day warranty period. This does not include any manufacturers warranty that may exist.

Any software supplied is subject to the manufacturers licensing agreement. If any seal is broken you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

Returns

Distance selling covers contracts for goods and services between suppliers and consumers where no face to face contact has occurred, up to, and including ,the moment the contract has concluded. Business to Business contracts are not covered by this act. If you wish to cancel an order or contract you must provide written notice by:

goods ? seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received;
services ? seven working days from the day after that on which you agree to go ahead with the contract
This right to cancel does not apply, unless agreed otherwise:

to any software that has been opened
goods that have been personalised or made to your specification
services that begin, by agreement, before the end of the cancellation period providing the supplier has informed the consumer before the conclusion of the contract, in writing or another durable medium, that he will not be able to cancel once performance of the services has begun with his agreement
If any goods fail within 7 days from the date of invoice then you may claim a refund or have the product repaired or replaced. You must contact Us within 7 days to arrange the return of goods.

If the goods fail outside of this period and within 12 months then the goods will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturers warranty. You must contact Us before returning any goods. The return of these goods will be at your own cost. These goods must be returned in their original packaging with all manuals/software. Once the goods have been received one of our engineers will validate the fault before taking the appropriate action. We will endeavour to do this within 3 working days. If the goods need to be returned to the manufacturer then the length of time taken will be subject to the manufacturers own warranty, over which, we have no control.

If a repair to your equipment fails within 30 days with the same fault then contact Us to arrange return. This will be at our cost. If the fault is deemed to be different then you may be liable for these costs. If the fault is different we will issue you with a quote you before proceeding with any work. There may also be an associated inspection fee if you do not proceed with any repair.

The customer is responsible for the goods until they have been received by Us. The customer will be liable for any damage caused to the goods when, in the opinion of the company, have been caused by inadequate packaging or through the customers own neglect.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of up to 15% on goods which were ordered in error and have not been opened or used. This is at the sole discretion of the Company and prior authorisation is required.

No goods can be returned without the prior approval of the company.

Disclaimers

We cannot guarantee, although we do make every effort, that this website will be free from defects and viruses. We also cannot guarantee a continuous internet presence especially when maintenance, modifications or repairs are needed. The Company is not liable for any loss or damages that may occur as a result of using this website. If you do find a fault please report it to us and We will make every effort to rectify it as soon as possible.

The Company is not liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur in accessing this website or contacting us regarding an order or service.

We are not responsible for any material or the service provided on any external websites which we may provide links to from this website.

We will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions that is caused fire, flood or acts of terrorism or by other circumstances beyond our control.

Law and Jurisdiction

The law of England and Wales will apply to these Terms and Conditions and to any purchase of any goods or services from US. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
