Personal data is used for the delivery of services and completion of business activities. The information that Equinox required to provide these services are:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone Number
• Email Address
• Successful payment notification from the secure payment site

Secure Payments
When your orders are processed, before you enter any credit card details, you are transferred to a secure payment site. Any credit card details are stored and processed on this secure site. Equinox DO NOT store any credit card details other than an Authorisation Code returned from a successful payment.

Storage Limitation

The personal data that is kept within Equinox is subject to a retention schedule which has been designed to retain your personal data for only as long as is essential or is required by law.

Equinox DOES NOT store cookies on your hard disk. This website uses Session ID cookies which terminate as soon as the browser is closed.

We DO NOT sell, rent or trade your personal details with any third party. This information may be supplied to a 3rd party ONLY for the completion of this service/order, for example, to have parts shipped direct to your address.

• Right to access your personal information and if equinox finds it permissible, a copy of the information
• Right to rectify any information that we store about you if it is incorrect or incomplete.
• Right to have your personal data deleted. However, this does not apply if it is still being used for its original purpose
• Right to complain to the supervisory authority if you are unhappy with the way equinox stores your personal information

Equinox does not use your personal data to make automated decisions.
